Smart IPTV Pro Player Support

We can help with the app. We cannot help with channel lists, provider accounts or content, because Smart IPTV Pro Player does not include an IPTV service. For those, contact your provider.

Adding a playlist

  1. Open the app and tap Add Playlist.
  2. Choose M3U and paste the playlist URL from your provider, or choose Xtream Codes and enter the server URL, username and password.
  3. Save and wait for the playlist to load.

Playlist does not load

  • Check the URL or server address for typos. Xtream Codes servers usually need http:// or https:// and a port, for example http://example.com:8080.
  • Open an M3U link in Safari. If it does not download there, the link or account is not working.
  • Confirm with your provider that your account is active and has not reached its connection limit.

Buffering or a stream will not play

If one channel fails but others play, the problem is usually that stream. If everything buffers, test another network and close other apps that use bandwidth. See the IPTV buffering troubleshooting guide.

Subscriptions and restoring purchases

  • Purchases are processed by Apple. To restore a subscription on a new device, open the subscription screen in the app and tap Restore, signed in with the same Apple ID.
  • To cancel, open Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • An app subscription does not include an IPTV provider subscription.

Deleting your account

Open Settings › Delete User in the app. To also remove playlist profiles stored with your account, email [email protected] from the address linked to the account. See the Privacy Policy for details.
